Sieve the Ladder

The nation is rustling into thin air

High profiles are hiding in foreign camps

Safety has died in this country: Nigeria'

The fault isn't connected to anyone,

Heads are slaughtered and showcased...

What has this country turned to be?

Oh! The answer is no one's mouth...

Except you're ready to dine with your ancestors'

An abnormal state of living turned usual!

Every truth sayer is compromised;

The fear of unknown bullets and fire strikes,

Impoverish death is chosen over untimely death.

The nation is drinking blood like water,

Blasphemy of religion is on the ridges,

Political lawlessness and unkind handshakes,

Educational clamp down; a threat of all time!

The bloody toll-gate is a book to read,

A country without natural disasters;

Rather, cows raiding farmers and villages!

Units of gunmen against units of gunmen;

No one knows the peaceful uniforms! 

Gang of liars  in leadership apparels, 

Sorting the media and notable forces'

There's time for everything, sieve the ladder.
