Pregnancy and childbirth.  What is it for the female body: a source of problems and wear and tear, or a battery that allows us to stay young and healthy longer?

Carrying and giving birth to a child is a huge work for our body.  In many women, chronic sores become aggravated, teeth and skin deteriorate, hair falls out, legs swell, back hurts, and the digestive tract is disturbed.  Not to mention weight gain.  There is an opinion that since the child builds his body from the body of the mother, he exhausts her.

On the other hand, God created us precisely to carry and give birth.  In the body of a healthy woman, by nature, everything should be enough so that the birth of a child does not bring damage to our body.  Pregnancy is not a disease.

On the contrary, the most natural state for a woman.  Preparing for the conception and birth of a child, we begin to pay more attention to our health.  We often go to the doctors, we take tests.  Even if there are health problems, we try to eliminate them.  We quit smoking and drinking, we drink vitamins, we go in for sports, we sleep more.  Already useful.

I know stories when, during pregnancy, fibroids disappeared in women and benign breast formations resolved.  And after childbirth, erosion or pain during menstruation disappeared without a trace.  And I also read that if a mother has diabetes, a child can compensate for her condition by working his pancreas (although this is dangerous for his life)!

The main thing that happens to us during pregnancy is hormonal changes.  And often they have a really rejuvenating effect, when a pregnant woman literally blooms before her eyes!

Plus, hormones have such an effect on the nervous system that someone is sausage, and someone, on the contrary, enters a state of impenetrable zen and stays in blissful peace.  I haven't been able to find an answer to my question anywhere, so it's different for everyone.

I think the healthier a woman is initially, the more resourceful these processes are for her.  If we talk about me personally, I was tormented only by swollen legs.  Otherwise, I believe that pregnancy and childbirth, rather, prolong my youth and health.  At least when with each child you re-immerse yourself in childhood - this is a cool battery!

 And how are you?
